Stok is seeking an Embodied Carbon Service Group Director to lead a North American team, shaping strategy, delivery, and client engagements across real estate portfolios. The role combines billable project work with leadership, mentorship, and business development to decarbonize client portfolios.

You will work with senior leaders to optimize workflows, advance services, and measure embodied carbon progress, while upholding Stok’s values and sustainability standards.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading Embodied Carbon initiatives in a consulting setting.
• Proven ability to manage teams and delivery of complex engagements.
• Strong communication skills with executive audiences.
• Experience developing go-to-market strategies and workflow standardization.

• Refine and execute vision for Embodied Carbon Service Group and annual planning.
• Mentor team members and manage recruitment and onboarding.
• Lead workflow standardization and opportunities for technical innovation.
• Drive business development and client relationships for embodied carbon.
