Job summary
Stok seeks an Embodied Carbon Analyst to join our Carbon Services Team. You will quantify emissions for development and TI projects, conduct wbLCA analyses, and communicate findings to clients.
Strong background in architecture or structural engineering and LCA software is required, with experience in ensuring data accuracy and advising on design decisions. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture, structural engineering, construction management, or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of full‑time experience in LCA methodologies within real estate.
- Intermediate command of OneClick LCA, with some experience in EC3 and/or TallyCAT.
Responsibilities
- Quantify carbon emissions for development and TI projects from building construction to global portfolio operations.
- Perform wbLCA and provide reduction recommendations aligned with certification frameworks.
- Review wbLCA calculations for accuracy and consistency.
- Collect, track, and analyze data on energy use, waste, construction, and transportation.
- Develop reports and presentations communicating environmental impact and recommendations.
