Stok seeks an Embodied Carbon Service Group Director to lead our Embodied Carbon practice across North America. You will refine the 2026 vision with the VP of Carbon Services, mentor the team, manage recruitment, and advance go-to-market strategies while delivering high-impact carbon assessments and decarbonization plans for portfolios.

Ideal candidates bring 6–12 years in sustainability, 4–8 years in embodied carbon, LEED/ILFI experience, and a track record of cross‑functional leadership in

Qualifications

• 6–12 years in sustainability with built-environment focus.
• 4–8 years embodied carbon measurement and decarbonization.
• Experience leading teams in a consulting environment.
• Direct experience supporting LEED and ILFI certifications.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts to executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Refine and execute the 2026 vision for Embodied Carbon Service Group with leadership alignment.
• Mentor team members, manage bandwidth and project pipeline.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Act as internal SME on embodied carbon trends and accounting.
• Contribute to project delivery as a billable team member while guiding strategy.
• Drive workflow standardization, optimization, and innovation.
