Stok is seeking an Embodied Carbon Service Group Director to lead the North American and global Embodied Carbon practice, guiding strategy, client engagements, and team development across offices and remote setups.

This senior role balances billable work, project oversight, and thought leadership, while shaping go-to-market plans and standardizing workflows to advance decarbonization across real estate portfolios.

Qualifikationen

• 6-12 years in sustainability, built environment
• 4-8 years embodied carbon measurement & decarbonization
• Experience with LEED/ILFI certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in structural eng., architecture, or construction management
• Past leadership/management experience in consulting
• Experience with large corporate clients in a cross-functional setting
• MBA and/or business experience preferred
• Strong communication and executive-level presentation skills
• Experience working US/Canada projects preferred
• Experience in sales conversations and scope/fee development preferred

Aufgaben

• Refine and execute 2026 vision for Embodied Carbon Service Group and contribute to annual planning
• Mentor team members; manage bandwidth and project pipeline
• Recruitment and onboarding of new team members; performance management
• Subject-matter expert on embodied carbon market trends and best practices
• Contribute to project delivery as billable team member
• Maintain high-level visibility across active embodied carbon projects
• Lead workflow standardization and innovation with the team
• Identify gaps in service offerings; drive new capabilities with partners
• Lead business development for embodied carbon opportunities
• Refine pricing, sales and marketing strategies with leadership
• Serve as trusted advisor to key clients; support retention and growth
• Build external profile through conferences, associations and thought leadership
