OpenX in the United States is seeking a Senior Director, DSP Partnerships & Growth (Americas) to lead our regional DSP partnerships organization and accelerate revenue growth across established and emerging buying platforms. You will shape strategy, own commercial performance, and build executive relationships with leading DSPs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of programmatic advertising or ad tech experience.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth through partnerships.
• Experience building new commercial opportunities beyond traditional account management.
• Deep understanding of programmatic ecosystem, including RTB, SSP/DSP economics.
• Executive-level relationships across major DSPs.
• Experience leading teams with clear performance accountability.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Ability to translate complex capabilities into commercial value.
