Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading large-scale DSP teams, portfolios, or business units.
• Deep expertise in Amazon DSP strategy, execution, optimization, measurement, and reporting.
• Proven success managing multi-million-dollar advertising portfolios and driving profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall performance, profitability, scalability, and growth of MAG's Amazon DSP division.
• Drive portfolio-wide revenue growth, performance improvements, and client retention.
• Build and develop the DSP leadership team to ensure the division scales.
