Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Director of Dining Services to oversee day-to-day operations for a dining account, lead a team of associates, and ensure the food offered to patients, caregivers, and staff is of superior quality.

You will manage client relations, work with the Chef to create menus, oversee all budgeting and P&L, and roll out new culinary programs while upholding the highest standards of service.

Qualifications

• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
• Three to five years of foodservice operation experience.
• High volume production and catering experience is essential.
• Previous experience managing a budget.
• Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company.
