Job summary

The Morrison Living Director of Dining Services leads the dining operations with entrepreneurial energy and a focus on client satisfaction, cost control, and quality. This role directs foodservice activities across care, retail, cafeteria and catering, ensuring sanitation and safety standards are met while driving continuous improvement.

As a key leader, you will manage multiple managers and staff, develop budgets, and uphold company food standards in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of direct foodservice operational management experience with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control.
• Strong knowledge of food and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation, and cost controls.
• ServSafe® Certified and HACCP/OSHA awareness.
• Excellent supervisory, leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages salaried managers and hourly associates in the Food Service Department.
• Oversees overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the account.
• Interviews, hires, trains, and evaluates staff; manages budgets and reports.
• Ensures compliance with food safety standards and quality control.
