SUMO is seeking a Head of Talent to lead the Talent Management team and own the agency’s talent strategy. You will work closely with the CEO, steer creator development and negotiate revenue opportunities while maintaining an active roster of established digital creators.

You will mentor other Talent Managers, expand partnerships and drive growth across the agency backed by a major entertainment business. Fully remote across the US with strong leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital talent management within an agency.
• Experience at Senior Talent Manager, Talent Director, Head of Talent or comparable level.
• Proven track record building, managing and monetising a creator roster.
• Established book of business and talent relationships.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor and develop the Talent Management team.
• Shape the agency’s talent strategy and growth plans with the CEO.
• Manage and expand your roster of established digital creators.
• Develop commercial opportunities through brand partnerships and alternative revenue streams.
• Sign new talent and negotiate on behalf of creators.
• Support managers with negotiations and creator relationships.
