Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, creator partnerships, PR, brand partnerships, or related field.
• Existing network across brands, agencies, creators, or entertainment.
• Strong commercial instincts with drive to meet sales goals.
• Deep understanding of the creator economy and digital culture.
• Experience reviewing or negotiating contracts.

Responsibilities

• Discover talent, develop talent, and grow talent for our creator roster.
• Build and manage a roster around creators you are passionate about with the support of a collaborative team.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Publicists, Content Strategists, Events & Touring specialists and leadership to turn dream creators into long-term clients.

Backed by an experienced, collaborative team that's deeply connected across the creator economy, you'll have the support, resources, and expertise to turn your dream creators into long-term clients.

From dedicated Account Managers, Content Strategists, Publicists, Events & Touring specialists to hands-on leadership support and many more, every team plays a role in helping our creators succeed. That means you can focus on what you do best: discovering talent, developing talent, and growing talent.

What You Bring

Ideally, you have:

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, creator partnerships, PR, brand partnerships, or a related field.

• A deep understanding of the creator economy and digital culture
