Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in creator, talent, influencer, entertainment, or digital talent management.
• Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing client-facing teams.
• Demonstrated experience building a highly successful creator roster.
• Demonstrated success negotiating complex brand partnerships and talent deals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Creator Managers, creating a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Ensure the team achieves quarterly and annual revenue bookings and roster growth targets.
• Coach through complex brand negotiations, creator strategy, pricing, renewals, and relationship management.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and coaching sessions focused on development and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to grow creator businesses through partnerships, long-term strategy, and proactive account management.
• Personally manage a select roster of high-value creators while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Collaborate with Business Affairs, Accounting, Marketing, Creator Growth, and Leadership to ensure seamless support.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop top Creator Management talent as the agency scales.
