Base pay range

Location: New York

We’re looking for a Junior Talent Manager to support the development and day‑to‑day management of digital‑first creators and influencers. This role suits someone with early experience in talent management or an adjacent field such as influencer marketing, PR, or brand partnerships, and a strong interest in the creator economy.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management of a roster of creators and influencers across multiple digital platforms.
• Assist with day‑to‑day talent communication, campaign coordination, and workflow management.
• Help review and negotiate brand collaboration briefs, contracts, and deliverables.
• Research and identify new opportunities for talent across platforms, brands, and emerging media.
• Maintain up‑to‑date talent materials (media kits, calendars, analytics).
• Work closely with senior team members to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Ideally 6 months+ experience in talent management or closely related areas (influencer marketing, PR, brand partnerships).
• Understanding of the creator landscape and social platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn from senior managers.
