Digital Talent Management | US | Fully Remote
Ready to lead a talent team without leaving your own creators behind?
We’re partnering with an established digital talent agency, supported by a major entertainment business, to hire a Head of Talent.
This is an opportunity for an experienced manager to take ownership of the agency’s talent function, develop a team of managers and help shape the business’s next stage of growth.
You’ll work closely with the CEO, influence key decisions and continue managing your own successful creator roster. It’s a leadership position that keeps you firmly connected to the work you enjoy.
You’ll be the senior point of contact for the Talent Management team, providing guidance on everything from creator strategy and commercial negotiations to roster development and team performance.
Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you’ll continue representing established digital creators, developing their careers and generating new revenue opportunities.
With the backing of a larger entertainment business, you’ll have the infrastructure to support growth and the autonomy to make a meaningful impact on how the agency operates.
We’re keen to meet established digital Talent Managers who combine strong commercial performance with the ability to develop and lead others.
You should enjoy working directly with creators just as much as you enjoy helping other managers succeed.
This role offers the chance to take on genuine leadership responsibility without becoming disconnected from your roster.
You’ll have a direct relationship with the CEO, significant influence over the talent function and the opportunity to develop a team around you.
The agency is already established, with the financial support and operational infrastructure of a larger entertainment business behind it.
