Job summary

SUMO seeks a Talent Manager or Senior Talent Manager in Los Angeles to manage a roster of digital creators, drive growth and secure brand partnerships.

You will own relationships, pitch opportunities, monitor revenue, and work with cross-functional teams; Senior level adds wider team strategy and mentorship.

• Identifying opportunities beyond traditional brand deals where relevant.
• Supporting the identification and signing of new creators.
• Working collaboratively with other managers and internal teams.
• Monitoring roster performance and identifying opportunities for growth.
• At Senior Talent Manager level, contributing to wider team strategy and supporting more junior managers where appropriate.

We’re partnering with an established digital talent management agency in Los Angeles looking to hire at Talent Manager or Senior Talent Manager level.

This is an opportunity for an experienced creator manager to join an established agency environment and take ownership of a roster of digital-first talent.

The position combines creator relationship management, commercial growth and brand partnerships, with responsibility for developing both existing talent and new opportunities across the roster.

The Role

Depending on experience and seniority, you’ll take responsibility for managing and growing a roster of digital creators.

The role will include:

• Managing day-to-day relationships with creators across the roster
• Developing long-term strategies around creator growth, positioning and monetisation
• Negotiating brand partnerships, sponsorships and other commercial opportunities
