Knorr Marketing in Traverse City, MI is seeking a Director of Digital Strategy & Digital Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies for clients. This hands-on leadership role blends strategic thinking, campaign management, analytics, and client leadership to drive measurable business results.

You will manage campaign performance, mentor the digital team, and collaborate across paid social, search, display, email, SEO, and content.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, media, agency, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of paid social, paid search, display/programmatic advertising, retargeting, and digital audience targeting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience interpreting marketing performance data and developing actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of the customer journey and full-funnel marketing.
• Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on with execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies aligned to client goals and budgets.
• Oversee campaigns across paid social, search, display, retargeting, email, and SEO.
• Build audience targeting strategies and measure customer journeys.
• Lead client strategy discussions and present performance results.
• Mentor the digital team and coordinate with cross-functional teams for campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships with new services.
