Knobelsdorff Electric Inc. (KE) is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to own paid digital campaigns and SEO across KE’s divisions.

The role includes strategy-to-execution for campaigns, managing budgets, and measuring results, while coordinating with the Senior Creative & Digital Manager on content and structure. You will drive search performance, optimize pages, and align paid and organic efforts, with a focus on recruiting campaigns and enterprise initiatives.

Qualifications

• Able to manage paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads.
• Experience with SEO, keyword research, on-page optimization, and reporting.
• Experience with multiple campaign budgets and KPI reporting.
• National SEO experience for multi-location businesses is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads and other channels.
• Lead SEO efforts including keyword research and on-page optimization.
• Monitor ROI, track KPIs, and adjust budgets based on performance.
• Support design and content creation for campaigns and landing pages.
