Knobelsdorffenterprises in Minnesota is seeking a senior Creative Director to own KE's brand standards and creative output across marketing, the website, recruiting, business development, and events.

You will plan and produce photography, video, graphics, and written content; provide creative direction to internal teams and external partners; and ensure SEO-friendly web content that reflects KE's services, people, culture, and capabilities.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive experience in creative, digital marketing, content production, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Film, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience leading creative or digital initiatives from concept through final production.
• Hands-on photography and videography experience, including capturing and editing content for digital platforms.
• Experience producing content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles, brand standards, and visual communication.
• Experience writing content and messaging for multiple audiences.
• Proficiency with creative software and digital content tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud or similar tools.
• Experience directing contractors, agencies, photographers, videographers, designers, or other creative partners.
• Experience managing website content, SEO, and Content Management Systems preferred.
• Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and creative direction skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating photography, videography, graphic design, and digital content preferred.
• Experience capturing content in active construction or industrial environments preferred.
