Job summary

Knobelsdorff Electric Inc. is seeking a Sr. Creative & Digital Manager to lead KE’s brand, creative output, and website. You will direct photography, videography, graphics, and written content across social media, recruiting, business development, and events, ensuring quality and brand alignment.

The role requires 10+ years in creative/digital marketing, hands-on production, and strong project management. Minnesota-based candidates should work in-office five days weekly.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in creative, digital marketing, content production, or related field.
• Experience leading creative or digital initiatives from concept through final production.
• Hands-on photography and videography for digital platforms.
• Experience producing content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of graphic design, brand standards, and visual communication.
• Experience writing content for multiple audiences.
• Proficiency with creative software and digital content tools (e.g., Adobe CC).
• Experience directing contractors, agencies, photographers, videographers, or other partners.
• Experience managing website content, SEO, and CMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and evolve KE's brand and creative standards across materials and templates.
• Own and organize the creative asset library (photos, video, logos, graphics).
• Plan, capture, edit, and produce photography and video content for social media, website, recruiting, and events.
• Travel to jobsites and events to capture authentic content and visuals.
• Direct external photographers, videographers, designers, and other partners as needed.
