Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery within Retail Health. You will drive technology strategy and end-to-end execution across clinical documentation and in-clinic/virtual care pathways.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team including product managers, Epic analysts, engineers, data scientists, and designers to translate clinical vision into scalable roadmaps, focusing on safety, patient experience, and cost optimization.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred (RN/MD/DO/NP/PA).
Experience: 10+ years in healthcare ops, clinical tech product mgmt, and enterprise EHR implementation (Epic).
Proven track record partnering with retail clinics and value-based care networks to improve medical cost trends.

Responsibilities

Partner with healthcare delivery leadership to ensure efficient and safe outpatient care delivery while reducing administrative burden.
Lead cross-functional technology teams to surface how to enable care model strategy and drive execution of tech products.
Oversee end-to-end technology design and Epic/tech architectures for clinical workflows.
Ensure integration between external data sources and Epic workflows to provide real-time clinical insights.
