Job summary

CVS Health Digital in Ohio is seeking a Lead Director - Digital Engineering focused on Customer Identity to drive strategy, modernization, delivery and operations of identity platforms serving millions of customers across CVS Health's brands.

You will lead a multi-team, cloud-native engineering organization, advance an API-first identity fabric, ensure security and reliability, and partner with Product, Security and Business groups to deliver scalable solutions at enterprise scale.

Qualifications

10+ years in software/platform/identity tech
7+ years people leadership incl. managers
5+ years cloud-native, API-first, platform engineering
Strong CIAM, authentication/authorization, security
Budget, vendor, workforce planning experience

Responsibilities

Lead a multi-team engineering org responsible for authentication services, profile management, identity integrations, and platform operations
Drive evolution of identity capabilities toward scalable cloud-native API-first architecture
Drive AI enabled transformations and execution strategies
Identify and manage risks, engage teams to drive toward resolution
End-to-End Program Plan with timely tracking and reporting
Define, measure and track metrics and KPIS to measure business outcomes
Build relationships with Business, Product and Tech partners to support the roadmap
