CVS Health Digital is seeking a Lead Director - Digital Engineering to own strategy, modernization, delivery, and operation of customer identity platforms serving millions of customers across CVS Health’s health, retail, and digital ecosystems. You will lead a high-performing team across Product, Security, Architecture, and Business to advance secure, scalable identity capabilities.

Competenze

10+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, Identity & Access Management, or related technology disciplines.
7+ years of people leadership experience, including leadership of engineering managers and senior managers.
5+ years of experience driving cloud-native transformation, API-first architectures, and platform engineering practices.
Strong understanding of CIAM, authentication, authorization, customer profile services, and identity security principles.
Proven experience managing budgets, vendor partnerships, workforce planning, and technology investment decisions.

Lead a multi-team engineering organization responsible for authentication services, profile management, identity integrations, and platform operations.
Drive the evolution of identity capabilities toward a scalable, cloud-native, API-first architecture while ensuring secure, seamless, and reliable customer experiences.
Drive AI enabled transformations and execution strategies.
Identify and manage risks, engage teams to drive towards resolution.
Identify and manage cross-workstream technical dependencies.
End-to-End Program Plan and timely tracking and reporting.
Define, measure and track metrics and KPIS to measure success and Business Outcomes for the FS merchandizing portfolio.
Build and cultivate strong relationships with Business, Product and Technology partners and vendors to support the delivery roadmap.
