Job summary

CVS Health Digital is seeking a Lead Director - Digital Engineering to lead authentication services, profile management, and identity integrations at scale. You will partner with Product, Security, and Architecture to modernize platforms and deliver secure, reliable customer experiences across Health100, Caremark, and Retail.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Software/Platform Eng, CIAM or related tech fields.
• 7+ years of people leadership incl. engineering managers.
• Experience defining technology strategy, roadmaps and modernization.
• 5+ years cloud-native, API-first platforms and practices.
• Strong CIAM, authentication, authorization and identity security knowledge.
• Proven budgets, vendor partnerships and tech investments.
• Delivery of critical platforms with availability, security and excellence.
• Experience using AI to boost productivity and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-team engineering for authentication, profile mgmt, identity integrations and platform ops.
• Evolve identity capabilities to scalable cloud-native, API-first architecture.
• Drive AI-enabled transformations and execution strategies.
• Identify and manage risks and cross-workstream dependencies.
• End-to-End program plans with timely tracking and reporting.
• Manage program level status reporting to stakeholders.
• Define, measure and track KPIs for business outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with Business, Product, Tech and vendors.
