Job summary

CVS Health Digital is hiring a Lead Director - Digital Engineering who will own strategy, modernization, delivery and operation of customer identity platforms serving millions across CVS Health brands. This role partners with Product, Security, Architecture and Business teams to advance modernization, strengthen security, and deliver identity solutions that enable enterprise growth.

Qualifications

10+ years in software or platform engineering, IAM, or related tech disciplines.
7+ years of people leadership including engineering managers.
Experience defining technology strategy and multi-year modernization.
5+ years driving cloud-native transformation and API-first architectures.
Strong CIAM, authentication, authorization, and identity security knowledge.
Budgets, vendor partnerships, and technology investment experience.
Proven delivery of scalable, available, secure platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-team engineering orgs for authentication, profile management, integrations, and platform operations.
Advance scalable, cloud-native identity capabilities with secure, seamless experiences.
Drive AI-enabled transformations and execution strategies.
Identify and manage risks and cross-workstream dependencies.
Deliver End-to-End program plans with status reporting to stakeholders.
Define, measure and track KPIs for business outcomes in the identity portfolio.
Partner with Business, Product, Security and Technology to support the roadmap.
