CVS Health Digital is hiring a Lead Director - Digital Engineering focusing on Customer Identity. You will guide strategy, modernization, delivery and operation of identity platforms across Health100, Caremark, Retail and Health Services.

The role requires building high-performing teams and delivering outcomes at scale. You will partner with Product, Security, Architecture and Business teams to advance modernization, security and reliable customer experiences, with accountability for platform

Competenze

• 10+ years of software engineering, platform engineering, CIAM or related tech.
• 7+ years leading engineering managers and senior managers.
• Experience defining technology strategy and multi-year modernization.
• 5+ years driving cloud-native transformation and API-first architectures.
• Strong CIAM, authentication, authorization and identity security knowledge.
• Proven budgets, vendor partnerships, workforce planning and tech investments.
• Delivered critical platforms with high availability, security and ops excellence.
• Experience using AI and automation to boost productivity and UX.
