Truist is seeking a nationally influential leader to serve as Head of Digital Assets within Enterprise Payments. This executive will define and execute an enterprise-wide digital assets product strategy, leading evaluation, development, commercialization, and governance of digital asset capabilities across Wholesale, Commercial, and Corporate Banking clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, economics, engineering, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in financial services, payments, fintech, or product management.
• 10+ years leading product teams and enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Experience leading executive-level stakeholder engagement and strategic initiatives.
• Experience managing large-scale transformations and commercialization efforts.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a multi-year Digital Assets roadmap aligned with Enterprise Payments strategy.
• Monitor industry developments across blockchain, tokenization, CBDCs, stablecoins, digital identity, and emerging payment rails.
• Establish strategic priorities and investment recommendations for digital asset capabilities.
• Serve as the executive thought leader on future-state payments innovation.
• Build and manage a portfolio of digital asset products and capabilities.
• Establish product vision, market opportunity assessments, business cases, and commercialization strategies.
• Drive product lifecycle management from concept through implementation and scale.
• Partner with sales teams to translate client needs into product enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to improve treasury, liquidity, settlement, and cross-border payment capabilities.
• Represent Truist at industry conferences, consortiums, and market forums.
