Job summary

Truist is seeking a Digital Banking Portfolio Management Consultant to lead demand intake and manage the digital banking roadmap with cross-team coordination and disciplined prioritization. You will partner with digital leads, platform leads and senior stakeholders across the enterprise, facilitate intake ceremonies, and drive alignment with strategic priorities while mentoring junior PMs.

This role emphasizes process standardization, agile leadership, and the ability to influence executives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8-10+ years in Program/Portfolio Management.
• Extensive experience operating and leading in Agile organizations.
• Advanced analytical skills and ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent meeting management, conflict management, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute the demand intake process and define ideas for review and prioritization.
• Lead intake ceremonies and update leaders and stakeholders on progress.
• Partner with digital/platform leads to align ideas with strategic priorities.
• Mentor junior and mid-level project management teammates.
• Represent the organization in enterprise-wide initiatives.
