Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Lead to drive online acquisition, retention and cross-sell across product lines. You will lead strategies for web, social, email, automation and content, partnering with business lines to develop roadmaps and measure impact.

You will analyze consumer journeys, optimize conversions, and communicate insights to senior management, while mentoring teammates and staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent education and training.
• Five years of related experience or equivalent education/experience.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and digital channels (website, social, email, analytics).
• Experience managing projects and working as an individual contributor.
• Understanding competitive landscape and differentiators in the market.
• Ability to interpret complex information for diverse audiences and build consensus.
• Ability to mentor less experienced teammates.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop and execute strategies for Truist online channels to increase acquisition and cross-sell.
• Develop digital marketing channels including web, social, email, automation, SEO and content marketing.
• Collaborate with lines of business to create roadmaps supporting goals through digital strategies.
• Apply consumer behavior models to improve awareness, consideration and acquisition.
• Utilize web analytics to refine strategies, improve conversions and report KPIs.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver differentiated client experiences.
• Stay current on digital trends and adjust strategies for competitive advantage.
• Demonstrate strong quantitative, technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
