Chase (Consumer & Community Banking) seeks an Executive Director to shape the strategy for account-based payments and digital assets. You will influence senior leadership, collaborate across legal, risk, and finance, and mobilize the organization toward strategic execution.

You will lead multi-year initiatives, build a strong team, and deliver clear, data-driven updates and executive communications to drive growth in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in strategy or management consulting or internal/ corporate strategy.
• Strong background in digital assets and payments industries.
• Experience managing large, complex programs and cross‑functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive multi-year strategies for retail digital assets, blockchain, and account-based payments.
• Monitor market developments, regulatory shifts, and competitor activities to refine roadmaps.
• Collaborate with business, legal, compliance, risk, and finance to execute initiatives.
• Build and lead a high-performing team delivering results.
• Provide updates to senior stakeholders with transparency and alignment.
• Act as project manager for major deliverables to ensure timely, quality outcomes.
• Craft executive communications and presentations for senior leadership.
