Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategic vision for digital wealth solutions with vendors and internal teams.
• Defines client strategy and uses data-driven insights to identify opportunities.
• Manages vendor relationships and influences product roadmaps.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to map omni-channel client experiences.
• Triage and resolve product, client and technology issues.
• Supports training and communications for teammates and sales.
