Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a Director of DevOps, Support, and Operations to lead the DSCX portfolio. You will own vulnerability remediation, SLA/SLO/SLI definitions, incident management, and continuous improvement across AWS, Palantir Foundry, and ServiceNow platforms.

The role requires 5+ years in operations, with 8+ years education path and strong leadership. Location is Cincinnati with hybrid/remote work and a 25+ MM budget responsibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 8+ years experience, or Associate with 11+ years, or High School Diploma with 13+ years
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Application Operations and IT
• Military experience is equivalent to professional experience
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own vulnerability remediation and high-priority defects across the DSCX portfolio
• Ensure compliance against BISO and CMMC obligations
• Own remediation backlog with owners and target dates
• Oversee on-call rotations and incident escalation paths
• Govern disaster recovery and business continuity planning
• Manage vendor renewals, certifications, billing, and support
• Lead, coach, and develop operations team; drive blameless culture
