Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Director of DevOps, Support, and Operations to lead the DSCX portfolio, ensuring security, reliability, and compliance across 30+ digital products. You will own vulnerability remediation, automation, and resilience, while coaching a team of engineers and shaping operational discipline.

Responsibilities include SLAs/SLOs, incident management, legacy sunsetting, and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Application Operations and IT.
• Military experience is equivalent to professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own vulnerability remediation and high-priority defects across the DSCX portfolio.
• Accountable for BISO-aligned compliance and CMMC obligations on affected products.
• Own remediation backlog with named owners and target dates; escalate blocks when needed.
• Lead automation efforts and reduce toil through culture of continuous improvement.
