Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a Director of DevOps, Support, and Operations to lead the DSCX portfolio’s security, reliability, and continuous improvement across AWS, Palantir Foundry, and SaaS solutions. You will build and mentor a team, own incident response, and drive automated resilience across legacy sunsetting initiatives.

You will partner with BISO, manage vendor relations, and ensure compliance with CMMC obligations, while shaping the operational discipline and culture of ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years in Application Operations and IT.
• Military experience equivalent to professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own vulnerability remediation and high-priority defects across DSCX portfolio.
• Manage remediation backlog with owners and target dates.
• Oversee automation backlog and set IaC standards.
• Lead blameless post-mortems and track action items to closure.
• Own on-call rotations, disaster recovery, and continuity plans.
