Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Director of DevOps, Support, and Operations to lead the DSCX portfolio, ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant software. You will manage vulnerability remediation, automation, and vendor relationships while driving Sunsetting and legacy migrations.

Seasoned leadership is required to build an operations discipline across 30+ digital products, with a distributed team and hybrid/remote work options in the US. This role reports to the Digital Technology organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in IT/operations.
• 5+ years in Application Operations and IT.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Experience with security and vulnerability remediation.

Responsibilities

• Own vulnerability remediation and high-priority defects across the portfolio.
• Lead automation efforts and reduce manual operational toil.
• Define and govern SLA, SLO, and SLI metrics for reliability.
• Oversee on-call rotations, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
