Job summary

Nucleus Security, Inc. is seeking an accomplished marketing leader to own the demand plan and the pipeline it produces. You’ll manage budgets, forecast spend, and align agencies to drive a strong, integrated B2B SaaS funnel from awareness to pipeline.

In a fully remote, high-ownership environment, you’ll drive ABX programs, oversee content/events, and coordinate with Sales, BDR, and Product Marketing to push priority accounts through the funnel with data-driven optimization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B marketing with demand generation ownership.
• 3+ years managing direct reports in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Proven pipeline results from integrated B2B SaaS campaigns.
• Deep hands-on experience with LinkedIn and Google Ads at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the demand plan and qualified pipeline targets, budgeting and forecast.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across paid, content, events and partner programs.
• Direct paid media campaigns, audience testing, budgets, and conversion tracking.
• Lead ABX campaigns with reporting and recommendations for next steps.
• Collaborate with BDR, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to optimize funnel.
• Measure funnel quality and progress, separating sourced vs influenced results.
