Job summary

Daikin Applied seeks an executive to lead Data Center Solutions strategy and portfolio, driving market expansion and integration of acquisitions to reinforce global leadership in North America. Qualifications

• Experience leading vertical market strategies and data center initiatives.
• Minimum 10+ years in vertical markets with 5+ years people leadership.
• At least 3 years in Data Center market experience.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
• Commercial building industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Data Center strategy and value proposition within the Fusion 30 plan.
• Lead Data Center Solutions organization, including talent development and performance culture.
• Oversee portfolio, product roadmaps, and partnerships to enable growth in North America.
• Collaborate with finance to develop business cases and budgeting for Data Center initiatives.
• Manage integrations from recent data center acquisitions and drive market expansion.
