Job summary

Daikin Applied seeks a visionary VP, Data Center Solutions to lead global strategy and growth in North America. You will drive market leadership, oversee portfolio development, and direct initiatives across acquisitions and partnerships.

The role requires deep market and financial acumen, strong leadership, and the ability to build and mentor high-performing teams while steering the Fusion 30 agenda.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years experience managing vertical markets, including 5+ years of people leadership.
• Minimum of 3 years Data Center market experience.
• Proven success leading cross-functional strategies that drive sales growth.
• Commercial building industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Global Data Center Solutions strategy and value proposition.
• Oversee data center product and solutions portfolio, including roadmap and priorities.
• Lead commercialization strategies and programs for Data Center products.
• Own and drive organic and inorganic innovation and growth opportunities, including acquisitions.
• Build out Data Center Solutions team and develop talent across the organization.
• Create internal alignment and measure KPIs to drive data-driven decisions.
• Partner with finance to develop business cases and budgeting support.
