Job summary

Daikin Applied seeks a visionary VP, Data Center Solutions to shape and lead the data center strategy in North America and beyond. You will direct a global data center agenda, coordinate integration efforts from acquisitions, and drive revenue, profitability, and market expansion aligned with the Fusion 30 plan.

You will build and lead a high-performing Data Center team, partner with finance, and influence across the organization to achieve ambitious KPIs and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.
• 10+ years experience managing vertical markets, with 5+ years in people leadership.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Data Center market.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional strategies increasing sales and customer satisfaction.
• Commercial building industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy the data center strategy and value proposition.
• Lead the Data Center Solutions team and integrations from acquisitions.
• Define and drive the global data center roadmap and program priorities.
• Monitor KPIs and drive revenue, operating income, and market share growth.
• Partner with finance to build business cases and budgets.
