Job summary

Daikin Applied seeks a strategic leader to own the Data Center Solutions business in North America. The role demands deep market insight, strong financial acumen, and exceptional people leadership to scale the Data Center portfolio and partnerships.

You will drive the global data center strategy, manage integration efforts, and partner with executives to deliver revenue and profitability targets while advancing the Fusion 30 plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years managing vertical markets with at least 5+ years of people leadership.
• Minimum 3 years of Data Center market experience.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional strategies driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy the Global Data Center Solutions strategy and value proposition.
• Lead the Data Center solutions organization and talent development to align with Daikin's Fusion plan.
• Partner with finance to build business cases, budgets, and forecasts for data center initiatives.
• Drive revenue, operating income, and market share growth across North America.
