Job summary

Daikin Applied seeks a senior executive to lead Data Center Solutions across North America, shaping the market strategy and growth trajectory under the Fusion plan. The role requires deep market insight, strong financial and people leadership, and a track record of cross-functional success in data center products and services.

You will guide the portfolio, drive commercialization, and build a high-performance team while coordinating with global affiliates and industry partners to sustain Daikin

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years experience managing vertical markets, including 5+ years people leadership.
• Minimum of 3 years of Data Center market experience.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional strategies resulting in sales growth and customer satisfaction.
• Commercial building industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data Center Solutions strategy from assessment through execution aligned to the Fusion plan.
• Deliver annual operating plans (revenues and operating income).
• Oversee integration efforts for recent data center acquisitions and lead the Data Center team.
• Build and develop the Data Center Solutions organization and talent pool.
• Measure KPIs and drive data-driven decisions across the data center operations.
• Collaborate with finance on business cases, ROI, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with affiliates, partnerships, and associations.
