Job summary

Daikin Applied seeks a visionary VP, Data Center Solutions to define and lead the Global data center strategy within the Fusion 30 framework. You will own the portfolio, drive growth in North America, and partner with Daikin affiliates worldwide to shape offerings and profitability.

This role requires deep market insight, strong financial discipline, and exceptional people leadership. You will build and coach a high-performing Data Center team, manage integrations from recent acquisitions, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.
10+ years managing vertical markets with 5+ years of people leadership.
Minimum of 3 years of Data Center market experience.
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional strategies for sales growth.
Commercial building industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the Global Data Center Solutions strategy and value proposition.
Identify growth opportunities for the Data Center business through market analysis.
Define and oversee portfolio with roadmap and innovation priorities.
Lead commercialization strategies and programs for Data Center products.
Own and drive inorganic growth opportunities, including acquisitions/partnerships.
Build and lead a Data Center Solutions team and drive performance culture.
Measure KPIs and use data-driven adjustments to improve results.
Collaborate with finance on business cases, budget, and ROI.
