Job summary

Daikin Applied seeks a VP, Data Center Solutions to develop and deploy the data center strategy across North America, guiding market priorities and the Fusion 30 plan. You will own the data center portfolio, lead cross-functional teams, and drive growth through both organic and potential acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years experience managing vertical markets; including 5+ years people leadership experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of Data Center market experience.
• Demonstrated success leading cross functional strategies resulting in sales growth and positive customer satisfaction scores.
• Commercial building industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Global Data Center Solutions strategy and value proposition.
• Lead the Data Center solution strategy from organization assessment through execution.
• Deliver annual operating plans - revenues and operating income.
• Build and lead the Data Center Solutions team and talent development.
• Create internal business/product/process alignment to execute the data center strategy.
• Partner with finance to develop business cases and budgeting.
• Maintain communication across acquisitions, partnerships, and professional associations.
