Qualifications

• At least 3 years of leadership experience; agency experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analytics and research team, setting clear expectations and high standards.
• Oversee data stack, pipelines, SQL development, and data transformation for scalability.
• Develop advanced analytics solutions including predictive modeling and segmentation.
• Translate insights into actionable client recommendations and strategic directions.
