Job summary

Beyond Finance is seeking a Director of Strategy & Analytics to drive analyses that support growth, marketing efficiency, and client retention. You will lead a small analytics team and also contribute as an Individual Contributor, delivering actionable recommendations to executive stakeholders.

You’ll design KPIs, dashboards, and reporting, collaborating with Product, Operations, and data teams to ensure data integrity and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, STEM, or other analytical field.
• 5–10 years of professional experience in marketing, product, strategy, or business analytics.
• Strong data skills including SQL, Excel, dataset manipulation, data visualization, and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small analytics team analyzing major operational trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Conduct analyses as an individual contributor and present actionable recommendations to executive stakeholders.
• Define and challenge KPIs; design dashboards and executive reporting.
• Collaborate with Product and Operations to define tests and experimental design and communicate results to senior management.
• Work with Data Engineering and BI teams to ensure data integrity.
