We are seeking a Director of Data Analytics and Strategy to own our enterprise analytics ecosystem, performance insights, forecasting models, and data-driven decision systems. • Uncover core drivers of revenue, growth, retention, and publication health, translating complex data into actionable strategies, executive scorecards, and real-time decision support.
  • Build predictive models to evaluate market density, customer behavior, and expansion opportunities across thousands of local communities, optimizing long‑term business planning.
  • Collaborate directly with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product leadership to define key metrics, eliminate performance gaps, and drive revenue growth.
  • Establish attribution models, consistent KPIs, and a disciplined test‑and‑learn program to rigorously evaluate strategic initiatives, sales campaigns, and operational changes.
  • Build, mentor, and direct a high‑performing analytics team while cultivating an organizational culture that uses data to clarify priorities, challenge assumptions, and sharpen execution.
