Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a strategic, hands-on engineering leader to drive CRM/MarTech, enterprise data platforms, and large-scale integrations.

You will balance long-term architectural vision with deep troubleshooting of pipelines and cross-functional blockers, leading managers and hybrid teams to deliver API-driven, observable platforms powering personalized customer experiences across marketing, e-commerce, stores, and client services.

Qualifications

• 18+ years in software/data engineering with leadership experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python or Java and data platform experience.
• Proven ability to scale engineering teams and drive architecture decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM/MarTech, data platforms, and integration platforms to support omnichannel engagement.
• Define architecture standards, data models, API governance, and roadmaps.
• Build and scale high-performing engineering teams including managers and vendor squads.
• Oversee Customer 360, segmentation, and marketing platforms for personalized engagement.
• Advance data platforms, pipelines, quality, metadata, and AI/ML enablement.
• Manage enterprise integration backbone and observability practices.
