Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking an engineering manager to own store technology delivery across POS, clienteling, and store reporting. You will lead incidents, optimize deployments, and partner with Retail Ops for smooth openings and ongoing operations.

You'll apply distributed systems expertise to omnichannel goals, from BOPIS to ship‑from‑store, ensuring data-driven decisions and reliable customer experiences. A collaborative, humor‑friendly team awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience with Java/JavaScript and distributed systems.
• Hands-on with POS systems and clienteling apps.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and telemetry.
• Familiarity with omnichannel retail and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Own store technology delivery and operations for POS, clienteling, and store reporting.
• Launch and scale new stores and relocations with operations teams.
• Coordinate payments, clienteling, and ERP/CRM integrations.
• Enable omnichannel experiences including BOPIS and ship‑from‑store.
• Maintain dashboards for latency, errors, and uptime; manage releases.
