Qualifications

• 15+ years in consumer insights, CRM, customer strategy, or lifecycle marketing.
• Proven ability to build and scale enterprise functions from the ground up.
• Executive-level communication and experience presenting to the C-suite.
• Luxury, fashion, or premium retail experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term vision for customer intelligence, CRM, and owned channel engagement.
• Serve as executive voice of the customer in cross-functional decisions across product, merchandising, retail, and digital.
• Partner with the C-suite to embed customer insight into planning and budgeting.
• Own and manage budgets and teams across insights, CRM, and email/SMS functions.
• Develop segmentation, lifecycle strategies, and owned-channel optimization at the enterprise level.
• Translate data and research into clear, actionable business recommendations.
