Responsibilities

• Manage 3-5 Customer Success teams and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Oversee books of business and re-align resources as needed.
• Monitor team performance and conduct formal reviews.
• Handle account financials in coordination with SVP.
• Support projects in customer success operations and serve as escalation point.
• Foster senior relationships with select customers and ensure satisfaction.
