Qualifications

• Substantial experience in business operations, strategy, or operational leadership.
• 5–8 years of global leadership experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to build operational processes and data-driven management models.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational integration and alignment of Technical, Renewal, and Post-Sales functions.
• Establish unified operational frameworks, handoff protocols, and shared cadences.
• Drive efficiencies aligned to KPIs like Net Retention Rate, On-Time renewals, POV win-rate.
