• This role is pivotal in aligning cross-functional execution, team management, and operational rigor across Customer Engineering, Post Sales and Renewals.
• Reporting directly to the Head of GTM Operations, you will drive operational excellence and integrate Technical, Renewals, and Post-Sales teams into a single cohesive engine.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the operational integration and alignment of Technical, Renewal, and Post-Sales functions.
• Establish unified operational frameworks, standardized handoff protocols, and shared cadence routines.
• Drive operational efficiencies aligned to KPIs like Net Retention Rate, On-Time renewals, and POV win-rate.

Qualifications:

• Substantial experience in business operations, strategy, or operational leadership in high growth or enterprise tech.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of Global Leadership experience and a track record of leading complex, cross-functional teams.
• Strong strategic insight with hands-on capability in building operational processes and data-driven management models.
• Full-time position includes base salary, bonus, equity, and benefits.
• US base salary range is $234,000 — $300,000 USD.
